Multiple URL redirect testing

What the bulk redirect checker shows

Instead of opening links one by one, review the key redirect signals for a small list in a single results table.

Final destination

See the URL each input ultimately reaches after HTTP redirects and supported meta refreshes.

HTTP status

Identify successful responses, broken destinations, and server errors from the terminal status code.

Redirect count

Spot links that take unnecessary hops before arriving at their final destination.

Response time

Compare total trace duration and identify links that deserve a closer performance review.

Free vs. Pro

Start with five. Scale when the links matter.

The free checker is deliberately useful for quick spot checks. Pro removes the one-off workflow when you are responsible for larger or recurring link sets.

When to check multiple URL redirects

SEO migrations

Test old and updated page URLs after a redesign or domain migration. Look for broken destinations, temporary redirects used accidentally, and chains with extra hops.

Campaign and affiliate QA

Confirm that advertising, email, QR, and affiliate links still reach the intended landing pages before traffic is sent.

Short-link review

Expand several shortened URLs together to reveal their destinations before sharing or documenting them.

Content maintenance

Audit a small list of links from a page, spreadsheet, or support document without checking each URL manually.

Checking just one link? Use the single URL redirect checker. Working with short links? Try the URL unshortener.

Bulk URL checker questions

What is a bulk URL redirect checker?

A bulk URL redirect checker follows several links in one batch and summarizes where each URL ends, its final HTTP status, how many redirects occurred, and how long the trace took.

How many URLs can I check for free?

You can run three free batches every 24 hours per browser or signed-in account, with up to five unique URLs in each batch. The Pro bulk workspace accepts up to 200 URLs per job.

Does the tool detect 301 and 302 redirects?

Yes. Redirect Sniffer follows standard HTTP redirects, including common 301, 302, 303, 307, and 308 responses, and reports the final destination and total redirect count.

Can I export the bulk results?

CSV exports, saved full chains, and searchable bulk history are Pro features. The free tool displays a summary table in your browser.

Can I check shortened URLs in bulk?

Yes. You can include Bitly, TinyURL, t.co, and other short links alongside regular URLs, provided each destination is publicly reachable over HTTP or HTTPS.

Can the checker access private or internal URLs?

No. Localhost, private network ranges, internal hostnames, embedded credentials, and nonstandard ports are blocked to protect the service and its users.
